Tasowheel Gears Oy designs, develops, manufactures and tests power transmission parts, components and gear drives

Our special expertise is in grinded gears and shafts from DIN quality class 4 and up. We manufacture extremely demanding parts and components whose machining, measurement and documentation exploit state-of-the-art technology.

The diameter range of the parts we manufacture is 3-450 mm and the module varies between 0.5-10 or DP 48-2,5. We assemble and test gear systems tailored for demanding conditions and applications. Our typical products are cog wheel gears, worm gears and planet gears, as well as combinations of their transmission types. Our R&D work is carried out with our customers to achieve the best finished result.
