Tasosystem products have long life cycle thanks to their high quality. We offer product support and maintenance services throughout their entire life cycle. Our technical specialists provide consultation in operational assembly and development issues as well as maintenance and repair services. Our goal is to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production for our customers.

Maintenance and repair service

Tasosystem’s maintenance and repair service tests products sent for maintenance. The operating test is based on the customer’s service request. Our quote for maintenance and repairs is based on the results of this test.

When a product arrives at the Tasosystem factory, the sender receives an advice of arrival at the e-mail address provided in the service request form.

The maintenance and repair facility is open on weekdays Mon−Fri from 8 am to 4 pm local time (GMT +2).
